Non-traditional Halloween Layouts

I wanted to share some of my past "Halloween" LO's. I know that they do not have the traditional orange, black, PURPLE and green papers or embellies. I never buy Halloween papers. Well, I can not say never. I do have Teresa Collins line, but she is the exception to the rule. I like that her color scheme is neutral. Anyways, the costumes that Bryant wears would never match the traditional color scheme. I am ALL about matchy-matchy. LOL! Here are a few of my LO's from the last few years. In 2005 he wanted to be a Lowe's employee:

In 2006 he wanted to be Jeff Gordon:

Last year he wanted to be a Red Sox player. This one scored him tons of extra candy, because we were the champions:

So Halloween gets it's own kind of LO's for now. No vampires, ghosts, ghouls or witches here. This year he will be a Storm Trooper and that too, will get it's own unique LO. TFL

you let your child dress up as a lowe's employee??? what about the big HD?

how funny. i, too, don't like to make spooky/halloweeny layouts when they're not dressed up in anything scary. doesn't really make sense.

i love halloween themed paper, and i have some, but i can't think of anything other than cards that i would use it for right now.

i LOVE the lowe's employee! how fun! if he wants to be a Starbucks employee anytime, I have an apron. LOL

Those are some very cute layouts! I am so impressed that you don't use any Halloween-themed items..
Very creative!

LOVE these! These are the kinda halloween layouts I like to do Bella is a well she doesnt liek the scary part of halloween. it terrifies her. rofl. so I dont do alot of the witches and ghosts and stuff (long story but we have fought with nightmares etc.) so we do princess and I always do the fun pretty bright colored layouts instead.

I buy and buy and buy Halloween paper and then never use it, because the kids' costumes never match. I learn so much from you. :o)
